How to Prepare for Your Session

  • Meditation Practice – Aim for 15–20 minutes per day, or as much as you’re able, before your first session and between sessions.

  • Wear Comfortable Clothing – Choose something loose and cozy to help you relax.

  • Bring Comfort Items – Feel free to bring a pillow, blanket, water, a favorite scarf, or anything that makes you feel grounded.

  • Minimize Distractions – Silence your phone and avoid scheduling stressful activities right before or after your session.

  • Limit Caffeine Intake: Reducing caffeine before hand can help you feel more relaxed and present during your session.
