Who Hypnosis and Regression May Not Be Right For:

While Past Life Regression and Clinical Hypnotherapy can offer profound insight and healing, they are not appropriate for everyone. Your emotional safety and mental well-being are my top priority.

Please reconsider or consult with a qualified mental health professional before scheduling a session if any of the following apply:

  • Mental Health Conditions

Hypnosis and regression are not suitable for individuals currently diagnosed with:

  • Schizophrenia or psychosis

  • Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD)

  • Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID)

  • Severe anxiety, PTSD, or major depression

  • Mood Disorders

These conditions may increase emotional sensitivity or suggestibility, potentially causing distress during the session.

  • Strong Skepticism

If you’re highly skeptical or dismissive of regression and soul journey work, it may limit your experience and make the session less effective. A willingness to explore is essential for this process.

  • Expecting Proof or Instant Healing

Past Life Regression and Soul Journeys are deeply symbolic, intuitive experiences. They are not meant to provide scientific proof or act as a replacement for medical or psychological treatment.

  • Difficulty Distinguishing Reality

If you struggle with identifying the line between imagination and reality, or are highly suggestible to the point of confusion, these practices may not be a good fit.

  • Religious or Ethical Conflict

If this work is in conflict with your religious or spiritual beliefs, it may lead to inner conflict or discomfort during and after the session.

Medications That May Interfere With Hypnosis or Regression

Certain medications may affect your ability to fully engage in regression or hypnosis by impacting memory, focus, emotional access, or consciousness.

These include:

Psychiatric Medications:

  • Antipsychotics (e.g., Risperidone, Olanzapine, Haloperidol): May impair perception and cognitive clarity.

  • Benzodiazepines (e.g., Xanax, Valium, Ativan): Can dull memory and make deep focus more difficult.

  • Mood Stabilizers (e.g., Lithium, Depakote): May reduce access to emotions during regression.

  • Antidepressants (e.g., Zoloft, Lexapro, Wellbutrin): Can interfere with memory retrieval and depth of trance.

ADHD Medications / Stimulants:

(e.g., Adderall, Ritalin, Vyvanse): Can increase alertness but may hinder the relaxed focus needed for hypnosis.

Sleep Aids & Sedatives:

(e.g., Ambien, Lunesta): Often induce drowsiness instead of the clear, receptive state necessary for regression.

Pain Medications / Opioids:

(e.g., Oxycodone, Fentanyl, Tramadol): May affect presence and memory, making regression unreliable.

Alcohol, Cannabis, or Recreational Drugs:

These can impair emotional processing and clarity. Please avoid all substances for at least 24 hours before your session.

If You’re Unsure
